Which personal data we process
We process personal data that you provide to us yourself, for example when you fill in the quote form, call us, send a WhatsApp message, send an email or visit us. We do not collect more data than is needed to handle your request or the claim properly.

- Photos of the damage that you upload via the quote form
- Any additional information you provide us about the damage or its handling
What we use your data for
We use your personal data solely for the purposes for which you provide it to us and for purposes that are closely related to these.
- Drawing up and issuing a no-obligation quote based on your request and the photos supplied
- Making appointments and carrying out the body repair
- Maintaining contact with you about your request, appointment or the carrying out of the work
- Handling the damage, where applicable in consultation with your insurer or leasing company
- Taking care of invoicing and financial administration
- Meeting legal obligations, for example in the field of administration and taxes
Legal grounds for processing
We only process your personal data when there is a legal basis for it under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Depending on the situation, we rely on one or more of the following grounds.
- The performance of an agreement with you or taking steps at your request prior to entering into an agreement, such as drawing up a quote
- Meeting a legal obligation, for example keeping invoices for the tax authorities
- Our legitimate interest, for example to be able to communicate with you about your request and to carry out our services properly
- Your consent, in the cases where we ask for it; you can withdraw this consent again at any time
How long we keep your data
We do not keep your personal data longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or for as long as we are legally obliged to do so.
Data from a quote request that does not lead to an assignment, including uploaded damage photos, we do not keep longer than is needed to handle your request and possibly follow it up. Data that forms part of our financial administration, such as invoices, we keep for the statutory tax retention period of seven years.
Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share your data only when this is necessary for the provision of our services or to meet a legal obligation.
With parties that process personal data on our behalf, we make agreements to ensure an appropriate level of security and confidentiality, for example through a data processing agreement.
